Tuition Payment Options

A. Full year tuition payment by August 19, 2009                            $ 11,500.00

B. Half year tuition payment by August 19, 2009                            $  5,750.00

**balance by November 1, 2009, includes fee of 3.5%         $  5,951.25

C. Ten payment - August 1, 2009 through May 1, 2009                   $  1,213.25

**Newly enrolled students entering in the second quarter.                $  5,950.00

**Newly enrolled students entering in the third quarter.                    $  6,200.00

Tuition Payment and Late Fee Policies

Your initials indicate you have read and understand each item.

           Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

         Should tuition payment be received on the 6^th of the month, a late fee of $20 will be assessed.

        Should account become 30 days past due, student will be removed from school until account becomes current.

          Should account become delinquent and be turned over to a collection agency, I agree to pay all legal and collection fees associated with this account.

          Annual interest of 10.5% will be charged on all balances over 30 days past due.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because Gateway School makes financial commitments which rely on student enrollment, in the event of entrance into or withdrawal from school after the beginning of the month, the full tuition is due for any month in which student is enrolled.
